Service Scope

Sea freight import services are provided according to customer instructions, including full agency services for EXW/FOB door-to-door or port-to-port transport. We handle all aspects of the import process before and after arrival, including assisting customers with document preparation, booking, customs clearance, warehousing, transshipment, container consolidation and deconsolidation, settlement of freight and miscellaneous charges, inspection, insurance, and corresponding inland transport services and transport consultancy.

Service Process

  1. Order Acceptance
    After receiving the customer's authorization, review the content of the authorization and confirm the entrusted tasks.

  2. Booking
    Prepare the authorization letter and book space with the shipping company, then obtain the booking confirmation from the shipping company.

  3. Container Preparation
    The fleet receives the equipment handover document and picks up the container from the yard to the customer's factory for loading. Alternatively, the customer can deliver the goods directly to the designated yard or warehouse.

  4. Customs Declaration
    After preparing the complete customs declaration documents, submit the export customs declaration. Once customs reviews and approves, the goods are released.

  5. Bill of Lading Confirmation
    Prepare the bill of lading based on the authorization and confirm the bill of lading with the customer to ensure the accuracy and authenticity of the details.

  6. Payment
    Confirm the cost details with the customer and collect the relevant fees.

  7. Bill of Lading Issuance
    Issue the bill of lading as per the customer’s request and mail it to the customer.

  8. Return of Customs Declaration
    One month after the export customs declaration, return the customs declaration to the customer for tax refund verification.

  9. Port of Destination Exchange
    Once the goods arrive at the destination port, the shipping company notifies the consignee to exchange the delivery order.

  10. Customs Clearance and Pickup
    After preparing the complete customs declaration documents, submit the import declaration. After customs review and release, the goods can be picked up.
